How are users counted?
Every active or pending member reserves one user seat.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed per project through Stripe. Annual plans are charged upfront and include two months free.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
You can cancel in the Stripe portal. Paid access continues until the end of the billing period, and project data is preserved.
