Terms of Service

Last updated: July 12, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fira. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use Fira on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

2. Accounts and Security

Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

Credentials

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Team Access

Project owners and admins are responsible for managing invites, member roles, shared links, and access to project content.

3. Use of the Service

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts, projects, or systems without permission.
  • Do not interfere with, disrupt, overload, or degrade the Service.
  • Do not upload malicious code, spam, or content that violates others' rights.
  • Do not use shared links or invitations to bypass intended access controls.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Fira and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service using that content.

5. Shared Links and Collaboration

Fira includes collaboration features such as project members, invitations, comments, activity history, and shared read-only links.

6. Service Providers

We use third-party service providers for infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and related operations.

Paid Plans and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically per project until canceled. The project creator manages billing through Stripe. Listed prices include applicable tax. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Deleting a paid project cancels its subscription immediately without a refund for unused time.

7. Changes, Availability, and Beta Features

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Some features may be experimental or incomplete.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, interface, design, trademarks, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
