These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fira (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service.

2. Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to immediately notify us if you discover or suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Supabase Integration

Account creation, authentication, and user data are managed via Supabase. By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that Supabase’s authentication services and database/storage solutions are used to securely manage your personal data.

3. Use of the Service

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal and non-commercial use.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any related systems or networks.
  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Content Ownership

Any content you upload or submit remains yours.

4. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Supabase

We use Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services. You acknowledge that your data may be stored and processed by Supabase in accordance with their terms and policies.

Resend

We rely on Resend to deliver emails. By using the Service, you consent to receiving emails through Resend’s platform.

Hosting

The service is hosted on Vercel and on Fly.io. These third-party providers may have their own terms and policies, and your use of the Service is subject to their compliance as well.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property, are and will remain with us or our licensors. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
